Welcome to the Yoga Lusa Federation - FLY
Looking forward to the disclosure of the Primeval and Ancestral Yoga, clarifying the origins of Yoga as a theoretical and practical Philosophy, extensive, complete and complex, as the Human Being and the Universe, the Yoga Lusa Federation – FLY and the Yoga Lusa Association – ALYO, have been organizing International Events, namely the International Encounter of Cape Verde and the Iberian Yoga Encounter at La Manga del Mar Menor (Spain); and have been joining in several Yoga International Congresses, being members of different International Yoga Institutions, Worldly renowned.
The Regional Associations
The Yoga Lusa Federation - FLY is a non Governamental and a non profit Organization. It´s territorially organized and sub divided in five Territorial Regions, having he following affiliated Associations: Associação Lusa do Yoga, a Associação Regional do Yoga do Norte e Grande Porto, a Associação Regional do Yoga do Centro, a Associação Regional do Yoga de Lisboa e Supra Continental, e a Associação Regional do Yoga do Sul, a Associação Regional do Yoga do Algarve.

DAY OF LIFE, OF HUMANITY AND OF PLANET EARTH
DAY OF INTELLIGENCE, OF SELF-RESPONSIBILITY, OF ECUMENISM, AND OF INTER ETHNIC FRATERNITY
The YOGA World's Day, planned for the first time in the World by the Yoga Lusa Association, in 2001 - beginning of the Millennium, is a Day 1 - conceived for the global practice of Yoga: for the complete human development, increasing the Conscience of the relation Body/hand - Energy - Positive Emotions - Concrete, Abstract and Artistic Mind- and Beyond the Mind, "Over mind"; for the integral and prophylactic health, for the functional longevity, the self responsibility and the self exigency. |
