With the support of the Yoga Lusa Federation - FLY, the Yoga Lusa Association (ALYO) prioritizes International Excellencence at the Superior Yoga Degree (CESYO), where you learn “to see beyond the appearance”, training Yoga Instructors, Yoga Teachers, Yoga Masters, having already trained hundreds of Yoga Teachers.

6 years - 4.500 hours of training, to graduate as Yoga Instructors;

then 4 more years, a total of 10, to graduate as Professors of Yoga;

and 4 more years, a total of 14 years, to graduate as Yoga Masters.
